Before proceeding with your ticket purchase, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Beyond Entity Sdn. Bhd, the owner/ operator / organizer of Miss Universe Malaysia Organization (“MUMO”), www.missuniversemalaysia.com.my website and Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 competition.
• Once a booking has been paid in full and deemed confirmed, tickets purchased on www.missuniversemalaysia.com.my may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
• Tickets are confirmed when full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.
• The ticket entitles you to access to the Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 eGala Live Stream on 5th September 2020, 5pm at www.missuniversemalaysia.com.my.
The Live Stream is open to both local and international users.
• In the case of event postponement, MUMO reserve the right to reschedule the event within 12 months from the original event date.
Registration & Account Creation
• As part of the registration and account creation process to obtain access to our website, please sign up with a username and password.
• Each registered user is allowed the purchase of one (1) ticket only per account.
Payment
• All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We accept payment via both credit and debit cards through MYEG Payment Gateway.

By buying a ticket via www.missuniversemalaysia.com.my, you consent to MUMO collecting, processing and using your personal data for the purposes outlined below:
• To contact you regarding updates and registration information for the event you have booked
• By registering you are agreeing to join the MUMO mailing list to receive event & community updates
Voting
• Voting polls are open throughout the Live Stream for these categories:

Winner of Miss Universe Malaysia 2020
• User may vote multiple times for each category within every 30 seconds
• All votes will be audited by MUMO’s appointed auditor
• MUMO reserves all rights to the final decision.
